Advanced digital skills

Afrikan Digital Leaders traineeship program – the action is designed around 3 main topics – temporary legal labour migration, digital economy development, and migration and development nexus – that are closely interlinked within its concept. More specifically, temporary legal labour migration of selected young ICT specialists from Nigeria to Lithuania aimed at enhancing their skills and addressing labour shortage gaps as well as contributing to the growth and development of digital economy in both the host country and the country of origin (upon return) is the key ground of the action. Selected young Nigerian ICT specialists will come to Lithuania for a paid traineeship program and will be employed in ICT companies in Lithuania for a period from 6 to 12 months. In order to stimulate a positive migration-development nexus (after the end of the traineeship program) re-integration support will be provided to the trainees to facilitate adjustment and productive use of their human and social capital acquired in Lithuania upon their return to Nigeria.

Kompetencijos LT – ensure continued upskilling of employees in regional small and micro enterprises.

Intelektas LT – provides knowledge and practical skills for a junior developer and TESTER for work or qualification change. Company representatives select, teach and provide paid practices. A partnership between IT companies and vocational training providers is based on the IT Professional Education Platform implementing vocational training programs for 8-10 month since 2014. Intelektas LT – the goal of the project is to develop a document transaction management algorithm model distribution system (SmartContract)

M2Mpro – the goal of the project is train teachers of IT schools programs with technological competencies in order to strengthen and accelerate the development of IT professionals with strong practical skills using the resources of the formal vocational training system.
