About the project
Founded in 2015, A2B offers top-quality ride services that connect a crew of professional chauffeurs in Vilnius, Lithuania. They deliver the highest quality standard by using modern vehicles and giving the customers the possibility to choose their travel preferences. A2B’s vision of future travel is seamless, ethical, and affordable.
Project goal
Our main goal was to make A2B services reachable to more users by creating an app, which would be easy to navigate and plan a trip around the city. We also wanted to put service as far forward as possible and create an app with strong interaction and brand image.

Process
By first getting to know our client and its user base and competitors, we continued our work as a team through regular workshops, brainstorming, and idea-sharing, which helped us to grow the initial idea and find the best approach to UI design. Over a few weeks, low fidelity wireframes became high fidelity mobile app designs ready to be developed.

Wireframe& Flow Design
A good wireframe is an essential step in any new digital product. A wireframe describes the structure and functionality of a user flow – functionality being anything that the user interacts with, such as buttons, menus, and dropdowns. This is achieved by creating a visual representation that communicates the essence of the service, information architecture, behavior, and navigation.
Ultimately, a wireframe demonstrates the product’s general layout without touching on the visual details or the UI design. Hence, we focused on making the content clear and consistent.
Easy Registration With One Time Password
A one-time password (OTP) is an automatically generated numeric or alphanumeric string of characters that authenticates B2B users for a single transaction or login session. An OTP is more secure than a static password, especially a user created password, which can be weak and/or reused across multiple accounts.
User-Friendly In App Navigation
Booking a ride with B2B is made fast and easy – customers can request a ride in just a few taps. All app users have to do is pick their destination and request a ride. The app also has an additional function – a possibility to book a ride in advance for later, e.g. in two hours. The app is a powerful panel to follow the driver’s location and journey turnaround time.
Application Icon
The A2B icon represents a brand image, conveys its inherent story, appears outstanding on a user’s device screen, and inspires users to download and launch the app.
